Things To Keep In Mind

The Windows 98 application acceleration features keep track of programs used by the user to decide on how to optimize the disk the next time Disk Defragmenter defragments the disk. As it is well known Windows programs have a tendency to crash a lot, will Windows 98 give preference for optimization to a program that is loaded often due to crashing over a program that is run once, and is consistently used for a long period of time? What about the logs? Can they be used to develop a pattern of user program usages?
